What file formats are acceptable for identification / ID upload? When uploading ID - Identification - what file type is accepted? Are PDF files accepted for ID uploads to the BOI platform?

The following file types are accepted for identification import:  GIF, HEIC, JPG, PNG.

Please note PDF files are not accepted.
