Two-Factor - 2FA - Are users required to use two-factor (2FA) when logging into the platform?

The BOI platform initially requires users to establish 2-FA upon login.  

A user may turn off 2-FA by navigating to their profile at any time; selecting 2FA, and the deselecting the 2-factor options.
