SnapBOI allows for the import of data related to Reporting Companies, Company Applicants and Beneficial Owners. The more client data you provide upfront, the less manual entry you'll need to do later.
It is important to note the following guidelines for all data imports:
- Data Import format must be a CSV (comma-separated values) format
- US States must be identified using their two-letter abbreviations
- In the Country field, when using the United States / USA - you must use "United States of America"
- If you are uploading email addresses, you must also upload a first and last name associated with each email
- When your file includes more than one beneficial owner for a given reporting company, be sure to use multiple rows for the reporting company - this will allow you to properly add multiple beneficial owners
